GearCred is an affiliate marketing platform that allows users to create and share affiliate links for products from various retailers. Users can earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their links.

3. Account Registration

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Affiliate Program Terms

4.1 Commission Structure

Users earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links. Commission rates vary by retailer and product category. GearCred retains 25% of all commissions earned, with 75% paid to users.

4.2 Payment Terms

  • Minimum payout threshold: $25
  • Payments are processed monthly for approved commissions
  • You must provide valid payment information (PayPal, Venmo, or bank account)
  • Commissions may be subject to holds, adjustments, or reversals based on returns or fraud

4.3 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

  • Use deceptive or misleading practices to generate clicks or purchases
  • Click on your own affiliate links to generate commissions
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to artificially inflate metrics
  • Bid on trademarked terms in paid search advertising
  • Send unsolicited emails (spam) containing affiliate links
  • Misrepresent your relationship with GearCred or any retailer
  • Engage in cookie stuffing or other fraudulent practices

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you create. By using our Service, you grant GearCred a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

You are solely responsible for the content you share and must ensure it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

The GearCred name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of GearCred. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. All other trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Specific commission amounts or earnings
  • Accuracy of product information or pricing
  • Availability of any specific retailer or product

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEARCRED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • Pending commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to fraud or Terms violation
  • Approved commissions will be paid according to our standard payment schedule

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
